• Identify prospective candidates through our extensive professional network of key players, original research, utilization of our database and specialized recruitment methods.

• Conduct in-depth phone interviews with prospective high-probability candidates.

• Present and review each appropriate candidate’s qualifications, capabilities, motivation and other critically relevant factors with you. Your feedback at this point is crucial in order to narrow the focus of our search, provide proper direction and minimize the time to completion.

• Arrange interviews, including date, time and location.

• Facilitate the hiring process, continually monitoring and emphasizing your priorities, interests and needs.

• Work with you to develop appropriate offer(s) and terms to attract the candidate(s) of choice.

Timeliness for SSG to make Offer and Negotiate Start Date: 

SSG will work closely with you to ensure that you are well advised of our progress throughout the course of the assignment. As candidates become interested, we will submit their biographical information for your review. We will work jointly with you over the course of the assignment in order to expedite the candidate review and interviewing process. It is critical that SSG and you maintain an open information flow throughout the entire process. Incomplete or significantly delayed feedback can seriously impact the timing and/or success of the search.

SSG fully respects the need to hold information supplied by interested parties in confidence. We will strictly guard the confidentiality of the information we are provided during our engagement. We will not disclose or disseminate any documents without your permission, other than that required by law.
